Peru’s Sporting Cristal takes on Venezuela’s Carabobo, while Colombian sides Independiente Medellín and Deportes Tolima look to secure their places against Uruguay’s Juventud and Chile’s O’Higgins, respectively.
The four winners will join continental powerhouses, including Flamengo, Palmeiras and Boca Juniors in the 2026 Copa Libertadores group stage.
