Teams from Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela will battle for advancement, with the winners earning the opportunity to join continental powers such as River Plate, São Paulo and Santos in the 2026 Copa Sudamericana group stage.

​Among the standout fixtures is the highly anticipated clash between Colombian giants Atlético Nacional and Millonarios. When two of Colombia’s most successful and widely supported clubs meet, it is a superclásico in its own right.
