When I first created the track, the melodies spoke to me. I needed someone who could emotionally deliver the right lyrics, and I immediately thought of Sech because I wanted to tap into the feeling of his early records. For the Nigerian side, I wanted a bright vocal that would bring an authentic energy to the song, and I felt Lojay delivered exactly what was needed.
