The nomination comes just weeks after the Dominican artist received her fourth consecutive Latin GRAMMY® nomination, this time for “ANTISISTEMA” in the Best Rap/Hip Hop Song category. Both recognitions continue to solidify an important chapter for J Noa, defined by a body of work that preserves the lyricism and authenticity that have distinguished her from the beginning while expanding the boundaries of her sound.
At just 20 years old, J Noa continues building a career that has taken her to international platforms such as COLORS and NPR Tiny Desk. She recently celebrated the third anniversary of that performance with the release of Live from NPR's Tiny Desk, an EP that brings the audio from her Tiny Desk performance to digital platforms for the first time.
The winners of the Music categories at the 2026 ROLLING STONE en Español Awards will be announced on November 26 in Mexico City.

About J Noa
J Noa is a Dominican rapper and songwriter who has established herself as one of the most powerful and necessary voices in contemporary Spanish-language rap. Born in San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic, she began writing songs at a young age, using music as a tool to question her surroundings, affirm her identity, and build a voice of her own. Known for her incisive lyricism, confident presence, and technical mastery, her work blends Caribbean roots with a contemporary sensibility that resonates beyond genres and borders. In 2023, J Noa earned her first Latin GRAMMY® nomination for “Autodidacta” in the category of Best Rap/Hip Hop Song, followed by her fourth consecutive nomination in 2026, once again in the Best Rap/Hip Hop Song category through “ANTISISTEMA” with Trooko. Her most recent EP, RecOrTa y PeGa, lives up to its name. Like a collage, the project brings together pieces that weren’t originally meant to coexist, yet together tell a much larger story. That approach comes through in tracks like “PlaYer </3”, a collaboration with Farruko that stands out as one of the project’s defining moments. Today, J Noa is entering a new creative phase, positioning herself as a cultural voice with generational leadership and an ever-evolving artistic vision.
